Carlos set out to build a law practice that delivers the highest quality legal services to individuals and businesses in an approachable manner. He believes a truly strong lawyer can communicate complicated legal issues and information in an easily digestible way, ensuring clients feel confident in their decision making and that their interests are truly protected.
Carlos P. Aparicio is the principal lawyer and founding owner of Aparicio Law Office LLC.
Carlos represents clients in a wide range of business (e.g. contract negotiation, incorporation, employment matters, disputes, etc.) and real estate related transactions (e.g. sales – commercial and residential, leases and licenses – commercial, evictions, property management advisement, easements, etc.).
Prior to entering into private practice, Carlos spent over a decade in public service.
He previously served as Chief Legal Counsel to a Commissioner of the Cook County Board, Sr. Legal Counsel for Acero Schools Chicago (previously known as UNO Charter School Network), and Assistant General Counsel to the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services. Carlos also held roles with the City of Chicago’s Ownership Administrative Litigation Division, Chicago Public Schools (CPS), Chicago Housing Authority (CHA), Cook County Sheriff’s Department, and the Chicago Police Department.
